We’re happy to help you with your order. Below you’ll find information on our delivery and return policy.
All deliveries are free in the mainland UK
- Our courier partners deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm, excluding bank holidays
- When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email, or SMS message, with your tracking number to let you know it’s on its way.
- You will need to be present to accept your delivery. The courier will ask for a signature or simply take an image of the item being delivered at your open door. You can nominate a person of your choice to accept the delivery if you are not able to do so.
- For flats or apartments, delivery will be made to the ground floor main entrance only

All our courier partners have demonstrated a high level of service, and attention to detail, consistently over several years directly with GFW. We are confident that these partners will make every possible effort to ensure that your GFW product arrives on time in perfect condition. On the odd occasion things don’t go to plan, these partners have worked closely with GFW to solve the problem and get things back on track as soon as is possible.
When you place an order, we assign a courier based on the product dimensions and weight. You cannot change the courier that has been assigned to one of your preference. The courier will then make contact with you directly, via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, throughout the delivery journey of your GFW product. To ensure that you have the most up to date information about your order, please confirm that you have entered the correct mobile number and email address when placing your order. You can expect to receive the delivery alerts listed below, dependent on the courier that you have been allocated.

- Your order will only be dispatched when each item is available and may be delivered using different couriers. This means that some items may be delivered on different days.
- If you wish to amend the delivery address you will need to cancel your order and place a new order to the new address
- It is your responsibility to check that there is suitable access to your property
- Please check that your contact details are correct. We may need to contact you about your delivery
- Please check the address on your confirmation email. We cannot be held responsible for additional or failed delivery costs if you have provided an incorrect address.

- We offer a 14-day, full money-back guarantee on all products, provided that they have not been assembled or used and returned in their original packaging.
- Whilst the furniture is in your possession you must not use them beyond what is necessary to establish their suitability and function. If your use of the furniture extends beyond this then we will be unable to refund you.
- Please retain all of your furniture packaging until you are 100% happy with your delivery as any returned items will need to be packaged in either the original packaging or alternative packaging that offers a similar level of protection. We do not accept any liability for damage should an item be returned to us without its original packaging.
- Items returned to us without their original packaging will be inspected, if we deem that your packaging is not appropriate for transit, we may make a deduction where the inappropriate packaging or unreasonable handling has diminished the value of the products.
- To return your items free of charge, simply let us know within 14 days of receipt and we’ll come and collect. Once collected, you will be refunded in full, within 14 working days.

* Please note:
- Items for return should be in their original condition. Please take good care of them while they’re in your possession.
- Take care with items that require assembly. If returning, these should be unassembled, undamaged and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept any assembled or used furniture as this prevents us from being able to re-sell the furniture to another customer.
- If you miss your collection, it could take up to 7-14 days to arrange another date.
